General / Company Information
Do you handle both design and installation?
Yes. Our in-house art department manages all design work, and our installation team completes the installation of your finished project. By handling every step in-house, we ensure consistent quality and a smooth process from start to finish.
Can I bring my own design or logo?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to provide your own artwork or logo files. Our designers will make sure your files are print-ready and optimized for the best possible results.
Do you offer free quotes or estimates?
Yes – we provide free quotes and estimates for all projects, regardless of size or type.
What file types do you accept for artwork?
We accept most major file formats, including AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, and high-resolution PNG or JPG files.
Can you match my company’s colors exactly?
Yes. We use Pantone color swatches to ensure precise and consistent color matching across all materials.
How do I request a quote or get started on a project?
You can request a quote by calling, emailing, or submitting your project details through our website. The more information you share – like size, material, and artwork – the faster we can provide an accurate estimate. Pictures of existing scenarios are always helpful too.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, checks, and cash payments. For large commercial projects, we also accommodate purchase orders and invoicing. If you need financing on large projects, we can help.
Do you require a deposit to begin work?
For projects under $1000, payment is required at completion, before picking up or installation. For Projects over $1000, 75% Down with the balance due at time of completion.
Design & Customization
Can you help me design my sign or vehicle wrap from scratch?
Yes. Our design team can create a completely custom design tailored to your business and branding. Whether you have a concept or are starting fresh, we’ll guide you through the creative process.
What’s the best size or material for my application?
That depends on your goals, location, and budget. Our team will help you choose the most effective size, material, and finish for your specific project.
How do I make sure my logo will look sharp when printed large?
We recommend providing vector-based artwork (such as AI, EPS, or PDF files). Vector graphics can be scaled to any size without losing clarity or sharpness.
Can you recreate my existing sign or logo if I don’t have the original file?
Yes. Our designers can often recreate your artwork or logo using photos or printed samples, closely matching your original look.
Will I get to see a proof before production begins?
Yes. We send a digital proof for your review and approval before starting production to ensure everything looks exactly as you expect.
Can I make changes after I’ve approved the proof?
Once a proof is approved, production begins immediately. Changes after that point may incur additional costs, so please review all details carefully before approval.
Vehicle Graphics & Wraps
How long does it take to wrap a vehicle?
Depending on the size and complexity, vehicle wraps typically take 1-5 days to complete. Full wraps and detailed designs generally require more time than partial wraps.
Can wraps be removed later without damaging the paint?
Yes. When installed and removed properly, quality vinyl wraps will not damage your vehicle’s factory paint – and may even help protect it from minor scratches and UV rays.
How long will my wrap last?
With premium materials and proper care, most wraps last 3-7 years. Factors like sun exposure, cleaning habits, and storage (garage-kept vehicles last longest) influence longevity.
Do you wrap partial vehicles or just full wraps?
We offer both partial and full wraps. Our team will help you decide which best suits your design goals and budget.
What’s the best way to clean a wrapped vehicle?
Hand washing is best. Use mild soap and water, and avoid high-pressure washes or abrasive tools. This helps preserve the vinyl and keep your graphics looking vibrant.
Can I take my wrapped vehicle through a car wash?
If needed, use a touchless car wash only. Avoid brushes or hot wax cycles, as they can cause peeling or surface damage.
Do you need the vehicle at your shop, or can you come to me?
We prefer to install wraps at our facility, where we have a clean, controlled environment and all necessary tools on hand. On-site wraps are available only in special cases.
Will a wrap protect my paint?
Yes. A professionally installed wrap acts as a protective barrier, helping shield your paint from sun damage, debris, and light scratches.

Are your signs weatherproof or UV resistant?
Yes. Our outdoor signs are made from durable, weather-resistant materials and printed with UV-protected inks for lasting color and performance.
How long do outdoor signs typically last?
Most outdoor signs last several years, depending on material, placement, and exposure to the elements.
Do you handle permits for sign installation?
Yes. We manage sign permits in-house, ensuring your project complies with all local requirements and codes.
Do you offer sign maintenance or repair services?
Yes. We can repair or refresh existing signage, replace damaged panels, or update graphics to keep your sign looking its best.
Can you update an existing sign with new branding?
Definitely. We can often reuse the existing sign structure and apply updated graphics, colors, or panels to match your new brand identity.
Production, Scheduling & Delivery
What’s your average turnaround time?
Smaller projects like decals or banners can often be completed in a few business days, while larger sign and wrap projects range from 1–2 weeks for production and 6–8 weeks including installation scheduling.
Can you rush an order if I need it quickly?
Yes. Rush options are available depending on our production schedule. Let us know your deadline, and we’ll do our best to meet it.
Do you ship products outside your local area?
Yes. We can ship printed materials, decals, and certain signs nationwide. Installation services are typically limited to our regional area.
